Our Office Administration Team
Jeriann, Practice Administrator
I started bringing my children to NE Peds in 1986. I then joined the practice in 1995 as a receptionist. My four daughters received outstanding care and now my 2 grandchildren continue to get that same great care.
I feel very fortunate to be a part of NE Peds and have a lot of respect for all the providers and staff.
It really is a caring place to bring your children for great quality care.
Our Clinical Specialists
Marie Arcori, Lead Registered Nurse
I'm a Registered Nurse and have been working at Northeast Pediatrics for 25 years. I started my nursing career at St. John Hospital in Detroit where I worked in pediatrics, pediatric oncology and PICU. I have been married 30 years and have 2 children ages 26 and 21 (Also patients at Northeast Pediatrics). My tenure at Northeast Pediatrics has been rewarding and fun. The staff have become like family to me. We take pride in treating everyone we see like family too.
Beth, Certified Medical Assistant
I have been a part of Northeast Pediatric Associates for the better part of eight years. The years here have flown by. Nothing has brought me more joy then being able to come in every day, taking care of the sick children, helping families with their newborns, and watching all our patients grow. If you ever have any questions, do not be afraid to ask. We will always be more then willing to assist you.
Krista, Certified Medical Assistant
I have been with Northeast Pediatrics for over 9 years. I graduated from Carnegie Institute in 2004 and did my externship here and never left. I have three daughters, Korrin, Raelyn and Taryn. My children are patients of Northeast Pediatrics and they love everyone there. I would not take them anywhere else. I enjoy working with all the staff and taking care of our patients. Northeast Pediatrics is like a big family.
Kendra, Certified Medical Assistant
I graduated from Baker college with an Associates Degree in Health Sciences. I have over 10 years of customer service experience. Becoming a Certified Medical Assistant and deciding to work for NEPEDs is truly the best decision I ever made. Being a mom myself, I completely understand how scary it can be in deciding who to trust in the care of your child, but the practitioners and staff at NEPEDs are like my second family and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
Our Billing Team
Debbie, Billing Specialist
I have been at Northeast Pediatrics since 1993 where I started as a receptionist. Then I did referrals and finally ended up in the billing department. I love all the Doctors and Practitioners I have had the privilege to work with through the years along with all the employees and all the wonderful families. It truly feels like we all are family, which is why I have been her for 20 wonderful years and counting.
Stella, Billing Specialist
I have been with the practice in the billing office since 2003. It is a great place to work we are like a family here. The Practitioners are wonderful to work for.
Our Reception Team
Shanda, Receptionist Team Member
I have been part of Northeast Pediatrics for just over six years. I was a former employee of Dr. Stark, a retired pediatrician in the Rochester Hills area, and joined up with Northeast as a part-time receptionist. The way that my fellow co-workers welcomed me with open arms and treated me like part of their family was what drew me to stay at this wonderful practice. I am a mother of one and my daughter, Ellie, is a patient here as well. I cannot think of a greater place to work at or to have taken my child to.
Denise, Receptionist Team Member
It is hard to believe that a three year has come and gone. It seems like only yesterday that I joined the team here at Northeast Pediatrics. The moment I walked into the doors, I was welcomed with open arms. I quickly learned the proper procedures and was more than willing to share any and all of my personal experience with my co-workers and patients. What I found most refreshing is how this practice is always willing to bend over backwards to try to assist our patients with any trouble they may have. After hearing the wonderful stories that I have shared with my daughter, she transferred her children here as well and has never been happier. As a mother, co-worker, and grandmother, I highly recommend Northeast Pediatrics and the value this practice has.
